They now charge an additional fee to simply deliver to you

So uber Eats now charges a premium delivery fee for simply delivering to you or else they will take multiple orders and your food will be cold or spoilt when it gets to you. When you query or complain, you simply get the same computer generated email apology and that nothing can be done. Mr delivery didn't have the chosen restaurant available so I used uber Eats again and it was another disappointment and frustration as before.
