They make no effort to assist you and will rather have you pay without receiving your food

Immediately once ordered . I noticed I had an incorrect address. On their policy/ help page. Was advised the address cannot be changed. If I want to cancel . Penalty fee is R104. As they already started preparing the food.

There could have been more options available to resolve the matter. And the only option I had was to cancel and pay R104.

I do not think that is fair at all.
