They clearly don't comply to Treating Customers Fairly policy.Good day,kindly assist.I.woukd like to log a complaint against Uber (Eats) I made a purchase and my delivery never arrived although the driver said they were at my gate.This is the second time that such occurs and I get no assistance.The contact number on the app for their driver is an invalid number in app or via my own direct line .They have asked me to speak to the food merchant which doesn't help as the food merchant prepared and handed my food over to the Uber driver that never delivered my food and was unreachable telephonically.
