They charge for items out of stock!!!@@@

I ordered groceries from game stores, the store called and confirmed that some of the stock i ordered was out of stock, but uber still proceeded to charge me for these items. When i try to query this i am either ignored or given automated responses and absolutely nothing tangible, its not really rocket science as the receipt i received directly from the store, did not have this items, and amount was lesser, so i really dont understand why uber does not want to refund my money,
