Theft of MY FUNDS

I made a purchase using ubereats for a meal, and realized i had selected the wrong store, I then immediately canceled the order so i could rectify my mistake. I then saw that i difn't get a reversal for the purchase so i then went to their help option and advised them of this exact issue and only to be told that there is nothing they can do no reversal and no product and i find that absolutely insane. I then said it fine they don't have to do a reversal send me the meal and they advised me that i canceled the order, now i want my money and wont accept that answer.
