THEFT?

Last week, while moving house... I decided to treat the guys helping me, to some McDonalds... I ordered through UberEats: 3x Big Mac Meals, 6x Cheese Burgers, 3x Hashbrowns. This order to a total of R350.00

All that was delivered was ONE Big Mac Meal & a coffee (I did not order coffee). The three strangers assisting me for the day were not fed as promised and UberEats simply refuses to refund me (they also refused to rectify the issue on the day). I have been very kind and patient in this regard and also a very loyal customer to UberEats up until this. Is this not THEFT? One cannot actually speak to anyone at UberEats and they cannot give me a reason, just generic apologies for being unable to assist??? How are you UNABLE to assist? What is your customer care work ethic?
