Theft by uber eats and their drivers

I haf uber credit because of a order incorrectly delivered. For days i complained about not being able to apply my credit to the next order. Tonight i placed a order and it still would not on my side apply my credit. So the driver was able to see the credit was app**** on his side and just decided not to deliver our food. So gone is my credit and no food delivered. Emails and complaints sent to uber eats and no reply. I will make sure social media hears about this
