Theft and *****

Last night I ordered a meal from these faceless people. With clear instructions to Deliver to reception at my block of flats. Apparently they tried to phone me and the courier waited ten minutes outside my building and then left. He did not try and contact the reception, clearly visible through the door. So I did not get my food, yet they charged me. I have no written to them three times only to receive a stock reply that the courier followed protocol and that they will not refund me.

I maintain that the courier did not follow his delivery instructions.

Now since I do not possess a physical address for them I cannot sue them in the small claims court.
