Theft !!!!!

On the 25/11/2021 I ordered for Macdonald Kingsiton Randburg. I paid via a card which was successful however I've never received my order although it showed on the app that the order was delivered.

I tried querying this with no success on the app and got a message that a refund will be made, which has not been reflected on my account.

Noone should use Uber east this app is a **** !!!!!!!
