Theft

I ordered food at 13:35 and the initially delivery times was at 14:05 to 14:22. They indicated that they had no driver and I was made to make another 30min after I already paid for a 25min delivery and not the 40min one. When I asked for my refund they refused to give me my money and insisted that I cancel the order and my words were I want all my money back to which they cancelled and took all my money and wasted my petrol and time while waiting for them. There was no empathy nothing from their service there’s no sense of care and urgency. I will never use your services ever again.
