The Worst Service Ever , Abomination nje

Uber Eats is the worst ...I placed an order at 1:34 pm today and I received delivery email asking me to rate the service....What service because I didn't receive my food..Order Number #FD6B5 was never delivered then I report the matter and Uber sends an email to say we have refunded R 253.96 ... Where is the money??? My account has nothing and I have kids that are waiting for food???

This Is my second complaint about this company and no one has ever contacted me to try and assist...Do they have customer care? Or a manage r ??? I demand my Money back
