The worst service ever

On 02/10/22 I canceled my order with Rocco mama's at new market reason being the order was going to the wrong address right after canceling the order I phoned Rocco mama's stating that I've canceled my order and why but my money was taken from my account and it's a damn mission to get a refund whilst I never got the food or anything and the sad part about all this is I need to phone every day to do a follow up we heading for day 3 and still nothing has been done no one is getting back to me regarding this matter.
