The UberEats driver stole my food

The Uber driver stole my food!!!

I ordered food on the UberEats app from spur after 1 hour I received a notification that my order was collected. Two minutes later there is a notification saying the food was delivered. Nothing was delivered and the drivers cell phone went straight to voicemail. I tried calling the Uber customer care line and there was no answer. Only complaints on the app. They responded a day later and refunded my money however there was no indication that the driver would be reprimanded or any other feedback.
