The level of service is disappointing

Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but after today.. I’m done. I ordered food that did not arrive, yet on the app they are already asking me to rate my order. This is not the first time. I am so disappointed with the level of service.
