The driver stole my food

I am deeply disappointed at uber eats. I ordered McDonald's Via the UberEats app and when the driver arrived he decided to take a picture and ***** my order in front of my neighbour. I have tried contacting the restaurant to tell them that my I will fetch it at the store and they assured me that the driver left with my order and he will keep it for himself, I am deeply disappointed with the customer service from uberEats as they is no physical contact number with them.
