The Delivery never made it and I was still Charged

Order Number 1D48B 27 September 2024 Sandton fruits& Vegetables 09:10 R 213,72 Order Dispute: Undelivered Package I am writing to dispute the status of my order, which was marked as delivered. However, I did not receive the package.

Despite multiple calls from the delivery person, we were unable to connect. The delivery person sent a photo of the package on the floor, but this does not serve as proof of delivery to my address.

Furthermore, I provided my apartment number and access code, which were not utilized to access the building(we get notified when the access code gets used)I have attached screenshots documenting my attempts to contact the delivery person.

I request immediate clarification on the delivery status and resolution for the undelivered order.I would please like my refund for my order.
