The arrogance of Ubereats is astounding! Let’s lobby to replace them with local companies

The arrogance of these foreign companies is astounding! We are regular users of UberEats. This evening we ordered from a local restaurant which is about 150metres from our house. The order disappears and the driver is now unreachable and now we have to go through the most painful experience with someone in Outer Mongolia to try and fox the problem. The usual run around and eventually a refund but not even a co side ration for the inconvenience we have experienced! We probably spend about 3000 rands a month with these idiots but no more. We will only support local companies moving forward. Uber can get lost
