Thanks for charging me for delivering absolutely nothing

Your vendor, Food Love Box, appears to have a habit of accepting orders and then cancelling them after a driver is appointed for collection. That aside, telling me I have to wait a minimum of 3 business days for a refund that could've been avoided, if you took the necessary steps to reprimand vendors that abuse your platform and customers, is flagrant disregard of my patronage, resources, time and inconvenience.

If I do not receive a full refund (order, driver tip, and bank charges) you can believe I will escalate this.

Thank you for wasting my time and making me wait for absolutely nothing but an inconvenience over the long weekend.
