Thank you for the refund.

I had an issue with an order that didn't arrive. I made contact with their support on their app. Took a few back and forth comms around: "we can't refund you... thank you for understanding" - that UberEats, on their final investigation, gave me a full refund. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive my order however I'm thankful for the refund.
