TERRIBLE UBEREATS SERVICE

I ordered two meals from KFC on UberEats yesterday which I never received and now Uber is saying they won't refund me. Driver went to the wrong address, when I would call he would send call to voicemail, wouldn't reply to any of my messages besides one "Hie" and ignoring all my other messages asking where he was. I contacted the app support but they kept saying my order will still arrive. I even ordered priority because I needed the food urgently. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've often heard of drivers doing things like this but never experienced it personally. Guess it's time to delete the app - its getting out of hand now. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!
