Terrible Uber Eats Service

I had a work function in the evening and told my wife to order some food for herself. She tried Uber Eats for the first time and eventually when the driver arrived after a while there was not a single item that we ordered. We ordered 3-4 items and they only delivered 1 which also was not what we ordered. She paid over R300 and until now after submitting a complaint on their app no feedback has been given.
