Terrible Uber eats experience

I bought dinner from Brackenhurst KFC I never received my order and the Uber driver marked it as delivered... The number on the app that is supposed to connect me with the driver was going through to a lady that said the driver didn't update his details she always gets his calls... That's not his number... Me and my family never got our dinner
