Terrible Service, take your money with no food delivered!

My order was morecthan an hour late. Driver called Sipho phoned me and tild me he got arrested and cannot deliver the food. He asked me to cancel the order. I tried to phone the restaurant, no contact details for Caffe Rossini in Boksburg. Then I messaged Uber on the helpline about the driver being arrested, no reply!!! Then I clicked cancelled due to delay as there is no option for driver arrested. I was charged in full and they refuse a refund. No food delivered, charged in full. Nobody to talk to. Drivers phone blocks all numbers??? What do you do with a company with that has NO contact details. Stop Using Ubereats, they are Useless, No Service ethic and No Customer service!!! My family and I will Never use them again and camoaifn for the resy if our luves for others to not use them.
