Terrible service - non delivery

<p>I ordered takeout via the ubereats app, this process was okay - nothing special just about what I would expect. What transpired afterwards was quite terrible however - for starters the estimates kept on going up and up and weren't even remotely accurate. Worst of all when it was updated to "delivered" i had not received my food. There was no option to even contact the courier, I was forced to use the tedious help functionality provided by the app. At the end of the day I was offered a refund, but this is not good enough I was still left hungry. There is another competitor in the market here in SA which I shall not mention but you may very well know who I speak of whom have never given me this kind of hassle. Ubereats = a fail for me. </p>
