Terrible Service from UBEREATS, I'm never using the service again!

Really bad service, from both Uber Eats and it's delivery drivers. I ordered from McD and even after an hour of no delivery they still insisted I cannot cancel my order for a full refund. Their chat bot and chat operator Parwisha are terrible as there is no customer centricity. Instead of understanding where I'm coming from as a customer, theirs is to give excuses and direct the conversation to me cancelling and still incurring costs even after they have failed to deliver on their brand promise (to deliver food, and timely so). It's has now been an hour and thirty minutes and still no cancellation or refund, or them reaching out.
