Terrible service from Uber eats do not use them !!!

If could give no stars I would, I had terrible services from Uber eats, I placed my order with Uber eats on the 6th of August 2021 and app**** a promo code for R80 off as it was my very first order with them when my order was processed, the promo code did not apply, I contacted Uber and they refunded me the R80 on the 6th of August so they say and I got an email saying that it would take 5 days for the money to reflect in my account, it is now 20th and i have still not received my my refund, and when I email Uber eats to ask what is happening, I get a generic response saying that the refund as been processed and that I should contact my bank to find out about the refund, which I have and the bank has no record of a refund from Uber eats, I will never use or recommend Uber eats as the lure you in with their promos and when it comes to refunds, they have poor customer service, I am very disappointed.
