Terrible service from Uber Eats cape town

The driver discriminated against because I am female he was rude ad disrespectful when I asked him if he brought the change as per the delivery notes. He also couldn't speak English well and came with broken eggs and no change. He was not remorseful and didn't offer a solution instead he drove off with the products leaving me with nothing. Now I'm being penalized and charged a fee for something I didn't get yet the driver was at fault. This is the worst service ever received from Uber I can't believe this is the type of people they employ. It's really unfair that I have to pay yet he drove off with the groceries including the broken eggs he brought with basically meaning their free for him and I'm left now being penalized and Uber wants me to pay.I've been complaining on the app since this incident happened but keep getting tossed from 1 chat to another. Terrible service
