Terrible service from uber eats and chicken licken

I placed an order today at 14:30 with uber eats for chicken licken and i received an call from the driver saying he is in Riebeeck street when i am in burg street and which building i am at , at exactly 15:30 i saw on my account that the order was delivered and 79.90 was debited from my account , i emailed and call the driver , nothing and i was much more disappointed a chicken licken because the staff member couldn't be bothered , so they just give orders to whoever and they dont care whether its delivered on not
