Terrible service from Uber eats

I placed an order with Uber eats, my order never arrived and I have been charged for it. I have been trying to get help on the app for the past hour now and I still haven't received any feedback from them. I even tried contacting their call center and they told me that they can't assist with Uber eats. I mean this totally unacceptable because now I have to go to bed with an empty stomach and they have not even refunded my money to say the least. I am very very disappointed with the service that Uber eats is providing.
