TERRIBLE SERVICE

i ordered a share box from uber eats and I ordered it with a cajun chicken burger, 1 chicken burger, 1 big mac and 1 cheeseburger, upon receiving it i got 2 big macs and 2 cheese burgers. I immediately contacted uber eats as i do like the beefs burgers and as such i wanted what i ordered. They took an hour to respond just to tell me they would refund me R38. How does this help me at all??? The cajun burger alone costs this much without their delivery fee added. I told them i wanted the items i ordered delivered and they said that was the best they could do. I am disgusted and will never again use their app as it is made clear to me if i order and they make a mistake i will just have to take what they give me as they don't care about their clients at all.
