Terrible service

I ordered ice cream from Uber eats,McDonald’s Diepkloof square,the driver texts 40 minutes later telling me they have no ice cream,they will give me a milkshake instead,when I refused this and asked for a refund they said they are making a plan. Well their plan was a soggy brown version of a smarties McFlurry,when I logged a complaint on the app I was told it was just not my day and I don’t qualify for a refund. Well done Uber eats,you guys really disappoint
