Terrible Service

Im extremely Upset at the service received from Uber eats and there contact line. I placed an order on Friday 08/05/2020 lunch time which was subsequently paid for on my card and straight after the order just disappeared on my screen and when i logged in again it was gone, the money has to date still not been cleared, I have logged a query on there help page as suggested on there website and then I called the call centre which has been unavailable since Friday afternoon, I was left without food or money to buy other food. This is disgusting.
