Terrible service delivery

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The service is terrible and continuously change arrival times, I have the subscription, why must I still receive poor service when I’m paying for it!? I’m honestly so angered at the incompetence of a worldwide company that can’t even provide a decent service for their customers ?? Horrid
