Terrible service

Terrible service, waited over 2 hrs for an order and it’s not the first time either , 29th april I waited 2 hrs for an order just for drivers to accept and then decide that it’s not for them and cancel the pick up, there is no way of even getting hold of Uber themselves so no way to resolve the matter either. Won’t be using them ever again
