Terrible service

I ordered food and for 2 hours it kept jumping from 1 driver to another driver. The app is quick to take the money but when it comes to a refund we have to wait for 3 to 10 days. There's no contact details to even find out why the restaurant can not get a delivery guy. I had to cancel my order after 3 hours, now the restaurant has to wait food because of the pathetic delivery service
