Terrible service

I placed an order on the app yesterday and the driver had eventually sent me a message after 50 minutes saying that he had a breakdown and my food was now damaged. He then proceeded to cancel my order.

Ubereats has not refunded my order! Their customer service is nonexistent, there is no email, contact number either, you have to use a help portal which is NO HELP!

Very annoyed customer!
