Terrible service and procedures

I ordered three times in one day, the first order I message the driver in app but he never responded so he canceled and I was charged the full amount of the order, the second and third order, I order the 2x of the “BOGO” cajun chicken meal but both times I only received one. All of theses errors or what ever happened in 1 day, in under the space of 2 hours
