Terrible service again

There's always a mistake with you guys. I ordered a Fanta orange and got a Coke. On top of that, there's no straw, how am I supposed to drink this Coke that I never ordered from the very first place without a straw? And there's no spice. Why give me fries and forget to give me the spice? There's always a mistake or 2 or 3. Gosh y'all are so terrible!!!
