Terrible service

After waiting two hours for my meal when my driver decided to take detours I message Uber eats for help where the support team just say sorry you are frustrated, should come soon and end the chat. When it came to the third hour where no one could even tell me why the order was late the support team was just as useless saying they understand sorry and then end the chat because there’s nothing they can do. They then told me I can’t cancel my order without paying the full amount yet my order was three hours late and still not delivered. Eventually got it cancelled and did the same place with mr delivery and got my order within 30 minutes. Now I know never to use them again.
