Terrible Service

I ordered a Grand Chicken Spicy meal from Mcdonalds on the 1st October 2024. The meal was late but the driver apologized and explained to me that the restaurant was delayed. My food was not up to standard. I got cold chips that were limp and a burger that had raw chicken. Send a complaint with a photo they say they can not refund me. How was I supposed to eat a raw burger?
