Terrible Service

I don't know why I still order from UberEats. The communication and service are absolutely terrible and there's like 3 steps that you have to repeat 3 times before you can actually have an outcome. The Uber delivery guy left my food in the wrong place. I had to try to call him 4 times before Uber could actually refund me, because the guy just didn't answer. It's the most annoying feeling when you've ordered food, there's no electricity, you have nothing else to eat and the Uber guy doesn't deliver it and then just ignores your call and then you have to go through 50 million hoops with Uber and then it's too late to order anything else.
