Terrible service.

I placed an order this morning and after waiting for 2 hours and speaking to an agent who basically refused to help me and told me to just keep waiting, my order was not delivered. The driver posted a picture "delivering" the food but the picture was of the food in his bag he used to pick it up. Terrible service, uber eats seems to be getting worse and worse. I am now being forced to wait to speak to another agent, not sure how long that's going to take.
