Terrible service

The service I recieved from uber eats is absolutely ridiculous. The driver tried to contact me I answered. I texted him 3 codes to come in, I was in the app the entire timw waiting for his response he ignoring my messages and it showed he tried to contact me but he never. He then proceeded to leave my item in the plants and took a picture and marked it delivered??? To which security said he took a picture and took the item with him. I messaged uber eats and they refuse to accept accountability for their driver. Its absolutely ridiculous
