Terrible service

I ordered food through Uber Eats at around 18:15 on 25 Nov 2021. Waited around one and a half hours for our order, only to be notified that it was canceled. Then rcvd a disc voucher for R25 off of 2 orders. I would've expected a free meal for the same value of my order. It is the 2nd time that I'm using Uber Eats and both times the waiting times were ridiculous. Needless to say I will never use their delivery service again.
