Terrible refund procedures

I have been using Uber for years and usually do not experience problems but when I have had problems their service was terrible. My order was missing items and i had to place another order to get the missing meals. When I asked for a refund, they credited my accounted rather than refunding me on my credit card, and refused to credit me for the delivery fee. Would like to not use the app again but they are forcing me to so I do not loose my money.
