Terrible food delivery company ubereats

Honestly it os hard to find words First order. Delivered late Pizza was damaged, mushed up in box, cold and dry. Delivery boy did not have change so paid approx R40 more then we were suppose to

2nd order Delivered late by 30 min Pizza was damaged, mushed up in box, cold and dry. Delivery boy did not have change so paid approx R40 more then we were suppose to

3rd order. They debited my account when i selected my credits to be used. I cancelled emedietly.

4th attemp to order They debited my account without consent instead of using my credits as advised on their app. Tjen refused to cancel the order

Now i can not get hold of anyone to assist. This is disgusting. Theft, poor service and food.
