TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE

I as a LOYAL customer am highly dissapointed in uber eats.In the last 2 months i have ordered uber eats over 23 times and about 8 or 9 of the times my food has either been highly dissapointing or i have received the incorrect food.I HAVE PROOF IN PICTURES AND COMPLAINTS yet uber eats has only assisted me twice.Yesterday once again i ordered a pizza from debonairres and had received the wrong order.I immediately knew uber eats would refuse to assist me and therefore contacted debonairres directly.The manager admitted to making the error but said he cant help me as i have to complain through uber eats.I then contacted uber as there is no call centre number for uber eats and the agent told me i have to write in.At this point i had no more oney in my account and was trying to explain that i cant re order and need my food swapped for wht i had ordered .Uber eats responded to me saying they cannot help me as they already refunded me twice out of my last 24 orders and further went to state that their quality is not that bad.Usually i let it slide but now i am fed up... I DEMAND A REFUND FOR ALL THE ORDERS THAT WERE MESSED UP IN THE PAST AS I HAVE PROOF WHICH I STATED TO UBER EATS AND THEY BLATENTLY CHOSE TO IGNORE ME.IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR HELP TO MY SATISFACTION I AM THREATENING TO TAKE UBER EATS TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT ,AS THIS IS NOT FAIRE TO THE CUSTOMER.Although most of the orders were wrong or terrible due to the restuarant and not uber eats itself ,it is clear that you cant complain to the actual restuarant since the order was made through uber eats.I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK FOR ALL THE COMPLAINTS I MADE PROVIDING THE FACT THAT I HAVE PICTURES.Once i receive my refund you as uber eats can delete my account with no problem at all and i will gladly order through MR.D . I always speak highly of uber eats and have recommended them to many friends and collegues previously,but now i am treated unfairly by uber eats and require help from them and answers.
