TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH UBEREATS

On Friday 17/07/2020 I made an order on the uber eats app for macdonald's as well as chicken licken,which was alarming at first because the app never allows you to order from different restaurants at the same time ,it was not giving me the option to cancel both transaction ,nor was it giving me the option to track my order ,it shows me my receipt and that the order was delivered but I never received my order and money was taken off my account.I sent an email to you guys but the response I received was that I had to send through the complaint within 48hours but I did not understand that because I sent through my complaint the same day it occured. This absolutely saddening but because I spent my entire day waiting orders that are not coming which lead me not having anything to eat at all because I did not get my money back .It is Sunday today and I still have not received my money or even a better response.

I am disappointed!I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!
