Terrible Experience

My order is over an hour late to the "Latest arrival time", driver isn't responding. He's been 10 minutes away for almost two hours and I can't cancel my order. They really need better support for when something like this happens.

Now I need to wait until 7AM tomorrow before I can do anything.
