Terrible experience

I tried uberEats and ordered a hawain twister meal from a kfc 4km down the road from where i live.

The first order was canceled after waiting for it for more that 90minutes.

I re-ordered and after another 50minutes discovered they have a place where you can lodge complaints...after speaking to an advizer it took another 30minutes only to realize that nothing changed and i am still awaiting the order.

Only after my second complaint my order eventually got picked up...

Stay away from uber eats if this is the service they offer
